details
Shelter
Emergency shelter for 200 family members in an efficient, sustainable facility with on-site services including housing support, health resources, and youth programs
Beyond on-site shelter and services, Mary’s Place will provide mobile outreach to unsheltered families and prevention services to keep families from entering homelessness
Housing
90 units of permanently affordable housing for families earning at or below 60% of the area median income—at least 30 of which will be reserved for families leaving homelessness, creating a unique opportunity for families to move from shelter into housing, maintaining their community and school connections.
Including larger 2-4 bedroom units that fill a critical need in affordable family housing
