EFFECTIVE MONDAY, AUGUST 10, we are changing how we accept community donations.

Too often, well-intentioned donations include items we simply can’t use to support families experiencing homelessness. These changes allow us to be better stewards of our resources so that the items we do accept go directly to families who need them. We’re deeply grateful for our community's generosity, and these changes will help us ensure that it has the greatest possible impact.

Beginning Monday, August 10 we will only accept donations by appointment, and will no longer accept used clothing, toys, or stuffed animals.

We will still accept baby items and equipment; hygiene, feminine hygiene, and beauty products; household items; and a few seasonal or special needs items. Other ways to provide essential items for our guests include purchasing from our Wish Lists or by contacting our development team to coordinate a drive!

Use this form to schedule an appointment to drop off donations.

Note that we cannot accept donations at our Donation Center without an appointment.

For more information, you can email our in-kind donation team at inkind@marysplaceseattle.org or call them at 206-865-7115.

We have limited space and cannot always use all the items donated by our incredibly supportive community. In those circumstances, we are fortunate to be able to share some of those items with our partners that provide essential, life-saving services for vulnerable families.

Thank you for your generous donations. We want you to know that when we cannot use all of them, they will help others in our community!
