Day Centers

Mary’s Place Day Center in downtown Seattle is open from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday providing homeless women a safe place to rest, build community, and find the resources they need to reclaim their lives: two hot meals a day, showers, laundry, clothing, medical care, and connections to housing, employment, and financial benefits. Discussion groups, classes, and on-site services contribute to physical and emotional health, crafts and community service events provide respite from daily worries.

Three day centers for families (Family Centers) operate in North Seattle, White Center, and downtown Seattle and include housing and employment resources, children’s programs to keep kids of all ages happy and busy, and co-located non-profit service providers to make it easy for homeless families to get the assistance they need in one convenient location.
